How long has your company been around?
We are just winding up our 10th great year! Since his departure
from the world-renowned Emeril's Restaurant, Joel has been quite
successful in bringing the elements of fine dining and service
to the catering and event-planning arena. A business he built
from the kitchen of a small gourmet sandwich shop, not far from
the Big Easy, has grown to offer full service catering needs
for social clients as well as corporate clients the likes of
Eastman Kodak, American Express, CBS Eyemark, J.P. Morgan and
a host of many others.
What is the largest event you have ever done?
Our motto is 2 to 10,000. We once catered a romantic dinner for
two on the beach. At the other end of the spectrum is Tulane’s
Wave Goodbye graduation event where we fed 12,000 people! No
event is too small, no event too elaborate.
Are your tastings complimentary?
For our custom events, such as large seated dinners and cocktail receptions, we do offer complimentary tastings
to give you a preview of what we can do. We also look at it as
an opportunity to work more closely with our clients to get a
better feel for their tastes.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes & we encourage you to come in a talk to us about your
event. We like to make sure everyone is working with the same
vision.
